I Need Work Looking for work as electrician mate/improver North London.

Hi everyone;
I'm currently looking for work as an electrician improver/mate, I have experience as electrician, unfortunately my experience doesn't come from the UK trade.
I need the job to pay for my City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate Part P
and the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
if anyone would be able to help that would be awesome, I am available, but I haven't got cscs card or similar, but I could always apply for one.
the reason for this is to gain experience while working and learning.
