Hallo Everyone.
I don't work with VSD's everyday. I typed this up as I was struggling with the setup.
Hope it can help someone. Its just for starting and stopping with a signal.

Drive not setup at all for run.
Signal wire from key switch must be in terminal P1 and Com to receive signal.
Green wire - P1
Black wire -CM

Setting up 3 phase 0,25kw motor.
1.Press up button to get to ACC
ACC is the length of time it takes to get motor to speed set on Pot.

SETTING ACC (Acceleration of belt in Seconds)

When ACC is displayed press FUNC (function) button once.
Use SHFT (shift) button to move numbers.
Use UP button to set numbers to 2.5

When it has been set to 2.5 press FUNC button and numbers will flash.
Press FUNC again to return to Menu whilst numbers are flashing.

ACC IS SET.

Press UP once until dEC is displayed.

SETTING dEC (Deceleration of belt in Seconds)

When dEC is displayed press FUNC (function) button once.
Use SHFT (shift) button to move numbers.
Use UP button to set numbers to 1.0

When it has been set to 1.0 press FUNC button and numbers will flash.

Press FUNC again to return to Menu whilst numbers are flashing.

dEC IS SET.

Press UP button twice until Fr9 is displayed.

SETTING Fr9 (Input to set Frequency)


When Fr9 is displayed press FUNC (function) button once.
Set number to 3 (Use Pot on drive to set Freq)

When it has been set to 3 press FUNC button and numbers will flash.

Press FUNC again to return to Menu whilst numbers are flashing.

Fr9 IS SET.

Press SHFT Button to return to 0.00 Screen.

Basic Drive Group Setup is done.

TURN POT TO SMALLEST SETTIN 0.00 is DISPLAYED.

PRESS SHFT TO ENTER PARAMATER SETTINGS IN IDLE. (Display 0.00)

P0 is displayed.

Paramater Setup. (PG Group)
ONLY the following Parameters should be set!

When P0 is displayed press UP button until you reach P16.

P16-Max Frequency of Motor.(50HZ)
Press FUNC button.
Default is 60.00 so press SHFT (3times) until flashing number moves to "6" and use DOWN button to set "6" to "5" = 50.00.

Press FUNC button twice to save and return to P16 menu.
P16 IS SET.

Press UP button once to get to P17.

P17-Base Frequency of Motor.
Press FUNC button.
Default is 60.00 so press SHFT (3times) until flashing number moves to "6" and use DOWN button to set "6" to "5" = 50.00.

Press FUNC button twice to save and return to P17 menu.
P17 IS SET.

Press UP button 20 times to get to P40.

P40-Capacity of Motor in KW(0.25KW=0.2)
Press FUNC button.
Use UP button to set numbers to 0.20.
Press FUNC button twice to save and return to
P40 menu.
P40 IS SET.

*Because it is a 0.25KW motor the Parameter should be set to 0.20 in P40.



Press UP button once to get to P41.

P41-Number of Motor Poles = 4
Press FUNC button.
Use UP button to reach number 4 on screen.
Press FUNC button twice to save and return to
P41 menu.
P41 IS SET.

Press UP button twice to get to P43.

P43 -Motor Rated Current on Plate. 230 V - 1.35A = 1.4
Press FUNC button.
Use UP button to set numbers to 1.4.
Press FUNC button twice to save and return to
P43 menu.
P43 IS SET.

PRESS SHFT BUTTON TWICE TO EXIT PARAMETER SETUP AND RETURN TO IDLE SCREEN.

Turn POT on VSD to max - 50.00 wil be displayed.

Turn key switch.

Belt Runs.

DRIVE SETUP COMPLETE! :)
