also an old fashioned heating system ran off 2.5 t&e off a 16a mcb which circulates hot air through vents throughout the house again kw unidentifiable.

Ooh mate, i know exactly where your coming from lol. Got 3 girls of my own;) Just thought that maybe you'd forgotten about doing it that way lol, if you want a clamp meter for occasional use they do a small 1 in Maplins for £13.00 & according to some of the guy's on here it's quite good.

Older cookers if I remember rightly were about 1.6 to 2 kw per ring & the oven about 3 to 3.5kw. The forced air heating probably about 3kw. But are you sure it's Electric forced air & not Gas / Oil useing a fan for distribution ?

thanks specialist i,ll look into it cheers, other than buying that its not possible to work it out without knowing the kw of the equipment

Well yes as Spark 68 has said above. Do you by any chance have a Make / Model for the cooker ? you could probably find out from that.

sorry specialist only got half of your reply before, dont think any gas or oil is involved i will get back to you in a few mins, adding the breakers together gives me 116a, main fuse is only 60a oviously not everything will be on at the same time so would i put 116a onto the eic, if i use diversity iam still stuck on cooker and heating because i still need the kw
