A lovely new MCS installation database appeared earlier this week .
Good news is that you can download a certificate direct from the site with a simple link.
Bad news is that I have tried to upload new projects six times so far and four times I have had to do multiple visits because it is "under routine maintenance" .
Why did they not upload this new site in the middle of April ?
Not ten days before a FITs deadline when we are all installing at double our normal rate !
