No, that never happens...

Never have I ever forgotten to swap the phases on the delta part of one of the motors when changing the direction of rotation on several star/delta fan motors, so it started forwards then suddenly attempted to reverse when it changed to delta. I wouldn't know, but that might have made the sound of surprise and alarm.
I'm a good electrician really!
Haha
I've once been to a job on a Sunday after the guys "electrician" (to be fair it was a good job so far) where the spotlights kept tripping and he couldn't figure it out after spending Friday until 6 tearing his hair out (And the wall for a screwed cable)

So I take a peak inside the board... he disconnected it and I saw the neutral long enough to go on the opposite RCD. Sorted :D

Also tried to be converted to be a muslim. Had to politely decline and obstain from religion :D

You've just reminded me of an incident about twenty odd years ago..
Friend of mine who's also a spark. Fitted an outside light for a guy who played in the same pool team. It was a quick job..
Unfortunately the light kept going on and off when it felt like it.
So we both went to look at it ( we had nowt better to do and he only lived 2mins from the pub).
Long story short...he had cut into a cable fed from his room stat... So it went off when the boiler went off..it was funny and embarrassing for him.
He still hasn't lived it down.

But I constantly get asked "has that radiator come on yet? Just put your hand on it and see"
Be much easier with a light to signify.

Never have I ever spent 3 hours trying to put up Swedish flat pack furniture and still not finish it at 1 in the morning on a bank holiday Monday.

Never have I ever esembled it wrong (a few times) only to realise when it comes to a later step and have to take it all back apart.

Never have I ever accidentally dropped my favourite cutters down the cavity at a fire station and was forced to carefully knock out a breeze block at low level to retrieve it.

I count 5 euphemisms in that one statement - genius if you intended it @Kamikaze

My mid-life crisis, like a runaway train going off the rails, is brought to you by decaf coffee. Hopefully you’re still enjoying it!;)

Never have I ever called the NICEIC and asked for the personal phone number of Emma Clancy.:)

Never have I ever cut clean through a test lamp lead in my tool box which had managed to get between the jaws of the croppers that I use for meter tails.
So so close to doing exactly the same thing 1 week ago.
Made a little note to self, "everything has a place - PUT IT BACK WHEN YOU'VE FINISHED WITH IT"

Never ever wired a meter up wrongly and wondered why the wheel was spinning backwards.

The only excuse is that me and a mate did a whole house rewire for a neighbour in two days.

Never ever have Pulled some singles in some kaanduit, only realise when I reached the final destination I had twisted the cables around some pipwork, I never ever did that about 10 years ago.,
Never have I ever pulled an swa in through the middle of my step ladders

Edit
Sorry just noticed Adj have never done it either
