On the site, all of the houses finished before 2017 are plastic. All after arent. The test sheet is written out to the 2015 ammendment with no comments or departures. Also I've just noticed it has no signature for a qualified supervisor.
 
I think that shouldn't be allowed, if the install hasn't been started then when it is it should be installed to the current regs, in my opinion.
I don't..your a house builder and buy a bit of land at x amount based on the current building regs. Building regs change and now the insulation depth is double that of the previous. Now its double the cost to insulate a house. Say they priced it at 4K material per house and it's now going to cost 8K per house and they have 300 houses. Due to the change they've got to find another 1.2 million. How would that be fare?
