Don't sweat it, half a day a few cups of tea a question or two & you'll be sorted for a year.

Make sure you have:
Copy of regs, digital or hard copy.
Copy of OSG, digital or hard copy.
Copy of current EAWR.
Copy of current Part P document.
Public liability insurance cert.
Complaints procedure/log.
Copy of self calibration log.
List of recently notified jobs (if you've done any).
Copies of certificates for job you are showing.

Testing:
Make sure you know safe isolation process.
Talk about what you are doing as you do it, reminds you what comes next & shows the assessor you know what you are doing.

You'll be asked to talk through the work you are showing & give reasons for & methods you employed for the design & installation.
Testing you will be asked to undertake any testing the assessor wants you to do dead or live testing & he will compare result with the cert you have issued.
Questions will be related to the jobs you are showing apart from questions on other building regulations, such as "which building reg relates to structures" or "what does part B regulate"

Don't worry unless you are the simplest of Electrical Trainee you'll be ok.
