I am sorry but without being there and doing some testing there is little advice available.
The heaters may just be broken.
The fused spurs may be on an economy seven timed supply and so only on over night, though this would be odd for those sort of heaters.
there may be no supply to the fused spurs, either because a circuit in the fuse board has tripped or because of a loose or overheated connection at the spur.
Because two heaters are not working I might initially expect that the supply cable has become disconnected prior to the first non working heater in the circuit, however the design of the circuit and the points that are live would be needed before making a judgment.
Assessment of these items is probably somewhat out of the scope of a normal DIY approach and may be hazardous to attempt unless you are competent in this field.
