What makes me laugh about this video is that the light was on while he was trying to take it down.Pause the video as soon as it starts and you will see what i mean.
The NIC would have something to say about safe isolation practices!

The guy with the camera must have known these fellas were going to be photogenic. The chap on the ground will be lucky to walk away and even the chap holding the ladder will have a sore hand wrist arm, I reckon.

Its safe once its own weight comes into play. That must be what's known as automatic disconnection of supply.
