Ok then how many Sparks on here used to use a Yankee screwdriver???
Remember mate of mine once using one to put saddles in on a concrete ceiling and he managed to pump it into his finger OUCH...... amusing though

Yeah I've still got 2 sizes of Yankee, mostly retired now though.
Battery tools make life a lot easier.

Sandvik Hacksaw must be 30 years old now as well as the Elliot Lucas tools as as others have mentioned PYRO tools, mainly crimping and potting as I made my own stripping tools, or just used a large screwdriver (the joys of 6ft tails on a 7 core) also never throw tools away, I did give my Yankee away though with obligatory hose clip on it to stop it rolling of a mobile platform.

I'm only a youngin but the Oldest tool I have in my tool kit is my eclipse 40PG hacksaw, with the solid frame, much much older than me! Also have an eclipse padsaw which takes broken hacksaw blades.

Used to make out own pad saws, bit of conduit and a flat clamp and away you go.
