Hi
please can someone tell me why I only have one light working upstairs. All lights downstairs are working!
I have checked if the fuse boarded is tripped but it is not. Please can someone provide some insight. Cheers

poor connection somewhere. start with the working light and follow the wiring through the circuit. remember that the neutral may be at fault so you may still have "lives" at the non=working lights.

Landing light per chance?

Possibly a loose connection somewhere, often in the last light that is still working (or the first one that is not) when following the circuit round. As mentioned, it may be a N or a L fault, if you haven't got a safe means of determining which cables are still live, suggest you find an electrician.

Has anyone been putting stuff in the loft lately, e.g. throwing the Xmas decorations on top of the cabling?
