Looking to buy a pair of cutters for PVC conduit and would like to hear what others have/are using themselves.

Don't want to shell out cash for something that useless.

ive got a hilmore one. mine are not the ratchet ones. i find them very useful when using PVC tube, and when installing MDPE and speedfit pipe (in my old job). Speeds it up no end. No measuring, just hold your tube up, put your finger where you wana cut, and use your cutters to cut it. (remove finger 1st) lol.

I find the ratchet ones with the square jaws sometimes squash the tube if you're not careful.
I use these which have a pointed blade and don't take up as much space in my box and are fantastic for flexible conduit,
or these which are ratchet action and can be used single-handed, but a bit more bulky and expensive.

one of these....

I have a pair of rothenberger ratchet cutters, I think they are for intended for speedfit pipe but they cut pvc really well.:)
From memory they were about £15 - £20.
