Hi guys,
I wanted to ask if anyone here knows of any online resources (to which they could post any links here) where any of us could find some helpful and detailed information (in terms of drawings/diagrams/formulae) and explanations about PIPE BENDING in the UK electrical industry? In particular, any "how-to's" regarding how to bend and set 20 and 25mm Conduit, when using a standard pipe-bending machine.
The reason I ask is because, years ago I used to know some stuff about how to do all this, but over the years have completely forgotten most of it now and would like to re-learn how to do it again so that the knowledge can be made fresh and practicably useable in my mind again on any future jobs!
(You'd be surprised how many guys I've worked with in this industry who flat out just don't know how to do pipe-bending at all, let alone how to do it properly and right, or they don't know the formulas to do things like sets and 90's and double sets, and saddles, etc!)
Sure would be appreciated if anyone can point me to any good information online anywhere about this!
