Hi

We are looking to replace an existing roller shutter door motor with the below Garog motor and wondered if anyone had a wiring diagram for this?

Make: Garog
Type: ULA25EE
V 400
A 1.0
KW 0.5
RPM 28
PH 3
HZ 50
IP 44

Hi Jase72

Has this motor been properly spec'd as a replacement for the existing i.e. - is it capable of doing the task in hand?
I assume if you cannot simply copy the connections on the existing motor then it is a different motor you are fitting - if so, have you confirmed the controls are suitable for the new motor (namely the protective motor overload device)?
Why are you replacing the old motor?... I ask because if it failed for whatever reason then are you sure the problem has been resolved before fitting the new motor?

This is a 3-phase motor I assume. If you're not a fully qualified sparky I'd advise against doing this installation. With roller shutters they're also prone to causing injuries if all the safety switches aren't correctly installed and commissioned and I'd guess the limit and safety devices/interlocks might be ELV. Can you give us some more background perhaps?
