New to the forum and first-time poster!

Currently trying to confirm what the top meter (circled) in the photos supplies? To me, it seems the meter tails enter the connector block and then there are two outputs coming from the block - one to the top isolation switch and one to the lower isolation switch, indicated by the arrows.

Each of the isolation switches is for separate property. So are these both coming from the circled meter?

Thanks!

Yes, it would appear that the lower meter feeds the CU at the bottom and the top meter feeds the switched fuse marked "Cottage" and the other isolator you marked.

(btw I'd have a good look at earthing!)

Yeah, my thinking simply there isn't any sign of a suppliers earth and it looks TT (up-front RCD) so it needs checking out especially if there is a long sub-main run from one of the switch fuses. (which might be earthed from an electrode the other end, but needs checking)

I think the supply comes in from above and feeds the 2 meters separately.
i dont believe that one meter is fed from another meter.

most meters, the outgoing cables exit on the right hand side, there are no connections from the right of either meter to the left of the other.

Agreed. I think I might have caused confusion; the OP was asking about the top meter and the two isolators on the left. It seems fairly clear that the two isolators are fed from the same connector blocks, all from the top meter.
The two isolators on the left apparently switch supplies to different properties.
