Hi All, new member here.
just wondering if any of the members have any experience of some business software that can make my life easier. ie invoicing from a smart phone and producing some simple reports each month.
I have a android phone and windows laptop.
many thanks in advance.

Quickfile is good and it's free.don' t know if it'll work on a smartphone though.

I just use a template which I made on Microsoft word then email my invoices. There's an app called powered now which you may want to try although I'm not sure it's android compatible. It allows you to quote and invoice etc it does look pretty good and you can trial for 30days. It's a subscription fee there after. I'm just happy with the way I do it now which is I why I never really took to it.

If you don't mind paying then QuickBooks have mobile options.

I use Joist available for iOS and android. It's free but is a bit americanised in parts but works fine. Really good support as well. Thanks to someone on this forum pointing me towards it.

I use Kashflow, have for a few years now.
It's very good.

Not quite always free, I pay £45+VAT a year for it. It's free in under 1000 ledger items. Agree its good and very easy to use.

I think they are updating it a little for phone/tablet use

i really must update to this modern stuff. there's so much paperwork, i struggle to get it all on a smoke packet.

I use Quickfile too and it does have a phone App. A lot of the Youtube sparks seem to be pushing Tradify,no idea of costs though.

Welcome Sanch1971, i am also new in this forum ?

In our organization we are using Invoicera - have anyone heared about this invoicing software. Its easy to use and you can automate your invocing and billing process with this.

Do you by any chance work for the company?

The account has been banned that you are all commenting on, it slipped through the approval as it was located in Pakistan as opposed to the claims she was in california, one of many typical spam accounts we delete on a daily basis most often before they get to you.

I'll close this thread as it is 4 yrs old now.
