Hi all
does anyone know any reason why i cant put a ct clamp inside the CU as the only other option is between supliers cut out and meter

I'm not familiar with the iBoost. But I imagine there is no real reason why the CT clamp cannot be used inside the CU apart from the fact that the cable isn't rated for it.

thanks for reply
maybe it would be beter between cutout and meter, i doubt if uk power networks would mind that much

I have asked the same questions and it was confirmed the CT should be fitted on the live cable from the utility meter to the CU, not after the Henley block if fitted. From that I take it should be fitted inside the utility meter box.
