That thing in the picture is not a piranha nut, it's a wiska thing specifically for their boxes which is a bit rubbish really.

So what does a Piranha nut look like? I looked on Google and got the same picture.

As i say the SWA earth nuts we use ''are'' threaded so can't be the actual piranha nuts you use. As far as i remember they come with a single grub screw, though i may be wrong on that one. They can be used in place of the gland kit's locknut, but rarely is.

What do you by no thread? As in no thread on the inside of the nut? I've got a bag of them in my tool box and they are definitely threaded! Although i am now doubting who the manufacturer is :S i get them from cef anwyay.

Piranha nuts are threaded, and also have grub-screw positions on each flat (so 6 positions). The come with 1 Allen key screw to lock the nut in place, and 1 cross-head screw and washer to fix an earth lead.
