Ive a feeling they have a problem with parking in correct areas and disposing of their smoke ends - could be good sparks though! Not sure about 'temporary site services for 20 years' that's not very temporary!

So many things to say about that @Wilko -
main one is "WALK A FOOT TO YOUR RIGHT OR 2 FEET TO YOUR LEFT - DUH!"
Other one is whether a perv with a camera living under the grate invented those and is now reaping the benefits!
