TT coding advice for a hotel

3ph TT supply into hotel. 300ma time delay rcd protecting a square d qox board. No 30ma RCD protection to any circuits including electric showers. Their is signs of supp bonding in some bathrooms. Thoughts on codes for circuits. Normally pme I would of said c3 for sockets not 30ma RCD protected. Unless for outdoor use. And c3 for shower as bonding present. But I seem to recall somome telling me if its TT then a c2 for all circuits

A 300ma rcd is not ideal but providing touch voltage conditions are met then fault protection is provided. The 30ma rcd provides additional protection and the earthing system should not be relevant.

Not ideal,I would be concerned about the lack of 30 ma on all power sockets,especially being a hotel.

Is everything else in good condition?
They really should make use of safety updates and I wouldn't want to stay there, but if there is no defect and it complies with an earlier edition (?)
