Unidare heater...instructions required

I have this Unidare heater but do not have a clue as to how to set the controls...anyone?

doddle. set the clock for when you want it to switch on and off. set the stat for the temperature you want.

Can you tell me what the second top switch is...it has three settings?

Hard to see clearly but to the right is on timer, middle is off and left is on permanent

i can't see the markings, but was about to say on/off/timed.
