Unprotected and damaged Earth to Electrode - C2 or C3?

Looks like Kevin the kitchen fitter has had a hand at making that CU inaccessible! Good luck getting to the MET

Pictures going off to the agents this morning; let's see what they say about it.
Might just reach the MET, but access to the board it a little harder!
Property is full lovely metal light fitting and switches and I'd guess there aren't any CPC's in those circuits.

Your EICR isn't going to take long .......

1 hour max with lots of LIM's as you can't get to the CU - which IMHO is a C2 so unsatisfactory...... why do people think this sort of set up is accessible!
