DNO came. Two young lads, quit rude, asked me at least 3 times why did i look in there for.
Anyway one brought 2 new Henley House Service Cut-out Holder with fuses and they start to look if it will fit.
Then phone rang and i went upstairs. 10 mins after i came downstairs they're gone! Never said nothing. But they did put new seal on the door!
As there was no power cut i assume they did not exchange those service holders.
Options are that:
1. They've somehow manage to fit 1631 in there but i doubt that spacing would be the same
2. They've put temporary seal and will come back tomorrow with different parts
3. They've put the seal and left it without any intention to come back.

I hope is not the 3rd one but we will see. I am very tempted to remove that seal and have a look

Contact the DNO again tomorrow, insist on speaking to the duty engineer and explain in precise and technical terms exactly what your problem is and what has happened so far.

Which DNO is this?

I can't make it out is there a hole in the butterfly nuts or is the gripple wire just wrapped around them in other words looking good,But doing nothing?

Think you are correct it doesn't "appear" to do anything.
