Have a customer who has moved into a house that has a 4 camera cctv system controlled by the above unit. They have been left an old desktop pc running windows xp which, when it eventually boots up, gives access to a password protected screen fot the cctv. We have no means of discovering the password from the previous owner.
I would like to be able to reset the password plus run the vivotek software from a windows 10 pc. Any guidance please

Phone the previous owners and get the password? There are ways around such passwords I normally charge £125.00 to reset a password but of course I can not say how on this forum, or privately.
