Hello,

right now business is really good, i am getting plenty of work, and i am also having to turn away a s***load of work, before i started out on my own(just under a year ago) i was working with the local council just doing repairs and maintenance so I've never really saw how private companies work, right now i am doing mostly domestic installs so i give the quote do the job then take payment by cash or card by the chip and pin readers once i am done. So i am now hoping to take on 1 or 2 full time electricians to deal with the amount of work i am able to get, so what i want to know whats the best process is for giving quotes to managing the workforce and for payments on very small to large domestic jobs, as i want to still be jobbing and can't be everywhere at once, any info would be a great.

Thanks

Check out Tradify for managing your workloads. Maybe get a Sumup card machine for payments.
