Hi,

You mis-understand, I got a "qualified and experienced electrician" to do it not myself, now he has gone I am trying to fix one device which is tripping the system.

Hi Julian, I did indeed misunderstand you - if you flip up to post #13 you'll see my apology!
 
While washing could be the heater elements during heating, or at the end could be fault pump, or even as mentioned faulty wiring touching the case due to drum movement.
 
Can't blame the installer if an appliance trips the RCD. Even if installation testing included running appliances, all it would show up is that the installed RCD is working correctly.

as previously suggested. prove its not the fixed wiring by plugging a kettle in the w/m socket. boil it up a few times. then, if it doesn't trip on the kettle, it.s deffo the washer. this could be any of the previous suggestions. probably a job more for an appliance repair man.
