hello, just curious as to how much a weeks lye time is. do you get paid a weeks wages on your current rate or at a rate when you started with a company.

do you mean a week in hand for pay? if so you will get the wage you earned in your last week at your current rate. so long as you give the correct notice.

Whatever it is it should be your current rate.

The week's money you are missing is this week's, that would be paid next week.
So it should be at the current rate.

Your starting week, which you probably worked for with no pay, however many weeks or years ago that was, you were paid in week 2.
