Rented property, with a fitted IP66 rcd socket outside for garden use. Tenancy agreement (to be signed by tenants) says only outside socket to be used in garden ie no extensions to be taken outside. Internal sockets are not rcd protected - what do you code them?
I would think C3 as an indication that they are safe but not to current regs. Have seen various discussions saying they should be C2 , but the presence of the outside rcd socket and its mention on the tenancy agreement makes me think it should be C3. Any thoughts?

Cheers. Only mentioned the tenancy agreement as they would have signed to say that they would only use the rcd protected for garden equipment. So if they then used an extension to the garden from an internal socket and electrocuted themselves (god forbid) it would be demonstrable that they were being numpties.
