Ditto above, is it jut me, I can't seem to find this thread anymore. An email link says I 'do not have permission' to access this page?
 
What is the information Midwest if its only useful to that thread then no point really posting it but if it is of any use in general just start a new thread up and provide the info you have found... I'll look into what happened to the thread?
