There are already too many, which I think is the problem. Each competent person scheme would like to think of them self as an 'electricians register', plus NICEIC, Elecsa and ECA got together to form some kind of 'super-register' (which effectively just excludes Napit members).

We need a properly police'd register yes, will it happen with the amount of different scams, no.
