Discuss ZS at DB in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

There should be no confusion at all on this one.

There is only one Ze at the installation, no mater domestic commercial industrial or whatever, and it is at the main incomer of supply, all the rest will be Zs Or Zdb, no matter how many boards you have, it is still not external is there? You may think, when you test at sub main DB, it seems like it is Ze, but it is Ze to that board only, but it is still in consumer installation, is there?

And don’t matter how you call the test at that particular DB, it is still the same test. Isolate that board first, and test the loop between incoming L and E, that’s all.
