Morning All

Just seeing if anyone can recommend any iOS apps or software (Mac) that I can use to schedule work for my 2 x employees, both have iPads/ iPhones.

At present print off/email a schedule to them at the beginning of each week, showing:

  • Client name, address, contact
  • Expected arrival window
  • Task
During the week this does normal alter as jobs swap around, delays etc. So I end up having to amend the schedule and resend.

Would be good to have something that is updated live, synced via cloud maybe? Also has the facility for the guys to tick off jobs/tasks within so I can see where they’re getting on??

Any suggestions would be great thanks.

Strikes me,you are only one click back, from needing drones and robots ;)

How much organising and thinking for themselves, can your staff be trusted with?

Take them for dinner once a week, and discuss how they can help to keep things running straight...like in olden times...

Morning Sy,

It sounds like what you require from a cloud based software, us at simPRO could certainly offer the features that would be of benefit.
Take a look on our website www.simpro.co.uk and also give me a quick call on 01223 859994 to discuss it further with the view of demonstrating our software to you, so you have all the info you require to decide whether we can be of use.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Curtis.

That’s what I like to see in a forum sponsor - like a superhero they swoop in to save the day! Hurray!
Hope it’ll be what you need Sythai

Thanks Curtis - just having look through :)

I suggested Simpro to a mate (do I get commission!!) who wanted the features you described above and also has a couple of guys on the books.
He was using Geop but had various issues and submitted support tickets that were never even read, the final issue for him was a 4 day (midweek) total outage. He has had to contact the bank for a refund as Geop kept charging his card, seems the bank knows about it and they said Geop was "abandonware". I don't think that's the correct title be we know what they mean!

Thanks Curtis - just having look through :)

Brilliant news Sy, the website gives you great information but to actually see the system in use would give you even more insight as to how we can be of benefit.

Send me an email at [email protected] and we can take the conversation further and answer any queries/questions you may have on its functionality etc.

Hope all is well.

P.S Thanks RWJ, I can always put you in contact with my Channel Manager to discuss the possibilities of becoming a referrer?

Thanks for all of the comments guys.
