Schedule of Test Results: editable PDF based on IET Model form 2017-12-07

Looks just like the IET model form... but you can edit, save and print it in any PDF viewer.

This is a standalone Generic Schedule of Test Results, that goes either with an EIC or an EICR, in the format of a PDF. You can fill out the details using any PDF reader. It is derived from, and pretty much identical to, the IET model forms, at: http://electrical.theiet.org/wiring-regulations/forms/2015-amd3-forms.cfm?type=pdf The only thing I have added is a "Ref" field in the top right of the page, for you to add a reference (e.g. invoice number and page). There is a copyright notice on the IET model form, I believe this derivation is in compliance with this, provided it is not used for resale.

A PDF editable Electrical Installation Condition Report and an Electrical Installation Certificate (each including one test sheet) are also available.

Technical note: if you use some sort of PDF merging tool to append this form to either the EIC or EICR (which already includes one test result sheet), then unpredictable behaviour can occur, because each field in the form will have the same name split over two different pages.

If you want to produce a single PDF for your client with several test sheets, then fill out (and save) and electronically sign each individually, then "export" as a PDF - this should make the PDF(s) no longer editable. At this point, they can be safely merged.
