    Hi guys I have 2330 level 1,2,3 NVQ 3 and 17th. I now work as a trainee electrical engineer in a factory. Is it worth me getting my jib card or shall I wait and pay the fees etc when I'm back working on sites? My company doesn't pay jib rates anyway so I'm a little confused. Regards
