As a semi-retired M.I.E.T. engineer, I'm wondering if replacing MCB's in a C/U counts as notifiable under Part 'P'.
Or is it non-notifiable as it's a like-for-like replacement as per first item in Table 1?
Can someone help me with this?

It's a three phase, 400v 6.4amp motor which outputs 2.2kW. I'm running from the Distribution board in swa to the control switch.
My question is...

Someone I know requires a heat detector to be fitted in their kitchen because they are renting the house out. It would fit onto the lighting circuit.
Is this notifiable?
Also, emergency lighting, connected to the existing lighting circuit, is it notifiable? This would be in hallways etc.
Hi, its been a really busy week, after a week on the red wine and cheese in France last week so my brain is aa bit mushy!
Yesterday I replaced a single socket with a double pole switch in a kitchen and installed a panel heater. Also I replaced the MCB with a RCBO.
Is this notifiable under Part P?
