    Extranous conductive parts

During an EICR I have come across a metal tap and copper pipes supplied by a blue plastic pipe. This measures 0.022 MegOhms, this is directly under the consumer unit which is metal. Is this an extranous conductive part?

    Extranous conductive parts or exposed

During an EICR I have found an isolator with no cpc present bolted to a large metal post and all the motorized metal car park gate, the fact that the isolator has been moved but the cpcs are not present. I get a zs from the metalwork of 36 ohms, as the wires pass though I class this as exposed...

    Bonding extraneous parts

Do extraneous conductive parts such as hand railing have to be bonded back to the MET or can they be linked to a known earth ie uni strut or cable tray?

Supp bonding requirement with no extraneous-conductive parts?

Yes, still doubting my own judgement when it comes to supp bonding and EICRs, so would welcome any thoughts on the latest one. Newish flat (2000s) with MK split board, so no RCD on lighting. Bathroom contains: Vent cap only (some clever full flat extraction system that isn't currently...

I am getting into the habit of stripping fuse boxes and consumer units when I replace them. However I was wondering which parts of the CU are copper. Neutral and earth bars? The screws in the neutral and earth bars? The bit that the old BS3036 fuses push into? I enjoy pottering for a few...
