hi. i know what sockets most be at least 300mm from the cooker. but if socket is removed and blank plate installed, does it still need to be 300 mm away form the cooker?
I have a 1-gange box on the wall where an old wall sconce was. The new sconce has a round wall plate. Is there a way I can convert the box to accommodate the round plate without having to replace it with a round junction box?
I understand how to fit a receiver and quinetic switch in a 3 plate system at the ceiling rose. Is there a way to do the same when the feed is taken to the switch (not enough room for receiver etc)?
