1250amp underground cable rating

hi, can someone tell me what size cable is required for underground cabling.. rating needs to achieve 1250amps.
Can also use cables in parallel.

I beleive 2000 AWG or 1010mm squared is rated at 665A so you need at least two of these.

I have not applied any derating cause you have offered no details.

Given that there's something big supplying one end of this cable,
And that there's something big, important and expensive connected to the other end of the cable,
And that the cable and installation is going to cost 10's of thousands of pounds,

I would have thought an Internet Forum is NOT the place to seek advise on what size it should be.
Someone with suitable design experience should be PAID to do it.
