Discuss 1250amp underground cable rating in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Also, what is the cable attached to at each end? e.g. reg 512.1.5.

bung in 12 lengths of 16mm T/E in parallel, spaced 6" apart.then you'll also have a UFH system as a bonus.

Given that there's something big supplying one end of this cable,
And that there's something big, important and expensive connected to the other end of the cable,
And that the cable and installation is going to cost 10's of thousands of pounds,

I would have thought an Internet Forum is NOT the place to seek advise on what size it should be.
Someone with suitable design experience should be PAID to do it.

Alternative response,, 42.

Maybe a typo? Meant to say 125A?

Still not enough info

Maybe the OP will clarify things, but I'm not holding my breath. Check out his message count since he joined.
