Discuss 18th Edition & OSG - higher or lower - a bit of fun! in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

I bought a cheapie 17th edition yellow from Amazon . After about six months the pages started falling out from the centre.

Amazon do operate an in-house print on demand service, which they maintain is to maximise availability of books, if out of stock from the publisher. Book publishers of course have different opinions, as it decimates their margins. As a customer, this should be transparent, as the quality and look of the finished product should be identical.
A reference book, such as our books, of course needs to be bound sturdier than a novel that may be read just a few times. I wonder if this requirement is even on Amazon's radar?

I think just about every copy of GN3 I’ve seen has been falling apart.
Makes life easy for scanning.
