2 Way MEM board melted

Hi,

Just wondered if anybody could tell me the possible cause of this, is from a block of flats and I guess each board here is a distribution to each flat. Also, where can I get one of these?

By the way, they are 100A main switch with a 50A MCB.

Can't really see clearly from the picture but it looks like the cable is a bit scorched as well (I'd want to do an IR test for that dist circuit cable). My guess would either be overloading in Nr 10 or a faulty isolator switch. Curious that the heat seems to be more to the right of the box. Belt and braches job and check that the MCB is actually in use on that dist circuit. A little curious that it seems to be off slightly diff manufacture (having a block switch not red like the rest).

poor/lose connections would be my best bet. Could be faulty main switch. Etc

Yes you can "play" with it as im sure you are just replacing it.

As for the cause, i would bet money on a loose terminal.

I've seen a similar 'melt' once before and it was a loose neutral.
