Hi All,

Im trying to answer this requirement for my portfolio:

'Show me evidence of procedures that are in accordance with requirements for electrical systems and equipment for relevant sections of the building regs'
(criteria section 312.1.2)
Now it may be me but Im struggling to answer this as I think its worded badly and I cant see past that.

Can anyone elaborate?

i'd assume that what is required is some pictures of work you've done that complies with building regs. e.g. sockets and switches mounted between 450mm and 1200mm; CU mounted between 1400mm and 1500mm;

Because it says relevant sections of the building regulations I might assume it wants you to specify which sections.
So if you have sealed a cable penetration to prevent fire spread this would be part B.
If you a sealed fitting to prevent moisture ingress part C.
A fan with the appropriate extract rates for the specific room part F
And possibly good workmanship regulation and approved document 7 and Part P.

But yes that is an abysmally written question.
