2394 Do i need it ?

Hi everyone ,was after some advice regarding the 2394 (initial verification) and wether or not i need to do it?
ive completed the following:
17th edition
level 2&3 C&G 2365 diploma
AM2

i covered intial verification in unit 303 of my level 3 diploma and again in my am2 so ive done it for single and three phase installations and im more than happy that i got the jist of it including how to correctly fill out all the forms,just wondering if the 2394 offers something not covered in the level 3 diploma or is it a requirement regardless if you want a JIB approved status?

You will need the 2394 and 2395 as well as NVQ3 AM2 and Level 3 tech certificate for approved status. Without the 2394/5 you will get installation electrician.

newbie01 why not get access to the trainee forum, get lots more advice in there, I would pursue 2394 you can never have to much knowledge, to just get the jist of how to fill in forms really doesn't cut it does it, the more you put in to this profession the more you will get out, good luck.
