Hi I need some help we are building a house at Lewiston double story adelaide south australia, we plan on running reverse cycle a/c upstairs and 2 invertors splits down stairs, also a couple of sheds one as a tool shed and one as a games room also in the near future granny flat with a/c also the games room will have inverter, and probaly a spa also, also we are planning solar panels.we have 3 phase power to the front of the block but we have 150 metre driveway to the house,I said I will do the electrics myself only the trenching and laying not the connecting, my question is do I need 3 phase to run to the house? or can I run normal power? if I do need 3 phase what size do I need 25mm or higher? and what price would I be looking at for cable and conduit..
