ADA Gen 4 system metal casing

I have replaced the alarm panel.
The alarm tests are ok.
The walk test is ok.
I have changed the Engineers& User codes also set up the zones, times zones, inhibited zones , entry and exit times.
The alarm with not activate just keeps beeping.
Should there be a wire into Set terminal next to the Bell terminals?
Any advice gratefully received.

the set terminal is rarely used. check your bell connections, post a pic if you can of the terminal strip, esp. the bell 5 terminals and also the connections in the outside sounder. in alarm state you should get 12V on bell+ and trig.

Siren stb to panel strobe neg
Trig (B) to panel Bell (B) neg
Hold off neg (A) to panel scb (A)
Hold off pos (D) to panel Bell pos (D)
Rtn (T) to scb (T)

The siren is working ok.
The alarm itself is not setting although there are no errors showing.

Solved the problem.

Terminals 7 & 8 are for fire detectors and needed to be linked.
