This is actually mentioned in gn3 if it looks like the ring has not been altered and there are previous test results,however I’d always test it as standard.

In this case, most likely because they took Zs's only and made the rest up in the van!!! :)

Earth leakage clamp was reading off the scale probably cause they had it around the line conductor only I expect lol
