Hello all.
I just wanted to come back and say ...."You were all right".
Some time ago I came on here looking for advice on how to do something...cant remember what exactly...something I just wanted an answer to so that I could just do it quick and get on.
And I had lots of "get a qualified Electrician" ... "If you dont know how to do it then you shouldnt be doing it" etc etc.
I remember thinking at the time...just tell me how to do it and I wont need a f...ing Electrician.
I was wrong.
I have recently enrolled at college on a Level 2 Electrical Installation course ..as I am changing careers .... I have only been there a short time and I can already see just how dangerous it can be.
So...Im sure I will be back for more advice on occasion...but only in regards to the course.
Thanks

Usa 120V is only a bit more forgiving , but some of thier
electronic projects make my neck hair bristle !
Welcome ,SN .
Not just their electronics mate, you only have to look at some of the "this old house" videos, no testing bang it in, bang test, I worked there for about 6 months, I come home a frightened man.
