After you issue a PIR and you class it as unsatisfactory and you are asked to make good the defects what paperwork should you issue ?
 
Depending on the extent of the remedial works either MW or EIC, detailing exactly the works carried out and linking back to the PIR number and defect reference.

Together with these certs I usally attach a letter confirming that all remedial works to PIR number........have been carried out.
