My maintenance job in a school ends mid November and I am looking at agencies to gain experience and start my level 2 in early 2018.

I have rang a couple in my county (Suffolk) who say they can get me work so close to xmas as a labourer and i will be signing up with them in the next couple of weeks as well as getting my CSCS card.

in an ideal world, id like to spend a year or so working with sparks doing domestic rewires and new builds. However, with little site experience, I understand that i may just be sent wherever they need a body for a few weeks here and there to build up my experience and trust with the agency.

Does anyone currently use an agency to find work as a labourer/ mate? If so which are the best to use, and to avoid for that matter? Ive worked for angencies before doing industrial and office work so i know how they operate.
