am i 16th edition??

hi all,

I have gained pts 1 and 2 , nvq 3, am2.. within the past few years

am i 16th edition or do i need to take this?

Maybe but you wil need to take the 17th very soon.

the old part 2 had enough regs in it say you were 16th edition qualified.

new regs mean update course if yor pre 2001 then its the full course -like me!!

Ops manager asked me to go to college next door and get info. Print out I got if you have 2381 from 2001 on then update only if you have 2330 after 2004 then update if before 2004 then full course to be done.

Ok chaps lets sort this out once and for all


YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THE FULL COURSE!!!!!

if you are pre 2001 (2381) or pre 2004 (2330) then you just have to do THE FULL EXAM (2382 -10) instead of the update exam (2382-20)

if you do the full course, you will just learn the new regs,NOT the changes in the new regs, which is what you need to know after all!!!

sorry shakey i ask people to be accurate i should have been more accurate myself
as you say there is a difference between course and exam ill be looking into home study for the course
