Hello, is am tech software difficult to grasp, ?? I've seen a job advertised and mentions this. Would you pick it up easy enough first day???

anything about il listen . Ty.

Only ever used the Amtech Single Cable software. Wasnt hard to use. Just fill in the relevant fields and thats it.
Did it say what the software was called?

Just says am tech but I'm sure is probably just fill in the fields... Doesn't sound that could be much else...

No, not difficult, if you look at our website we’ve got loads of information and some demo videos. We also run regular training courses for most products, this would get you up to speed fast - call us and we can see if we can help. (01908 294410)

Either way, don’t worry, the software is designed to be straightforward and intuitive to use and contains a full help system on the disc. Easy to use wizards simplify many jobs. We have a large technical support team including time served electricians who can answer any problems.

Can I ask why . Surely if we are looking to commit to buying your product it's better if we can trial it to make sure it's right for us. After all a video on YouTube won't show any potential flaws Lots of other companies offer a trial which we have participated in

That’s a fair comment. We have a range of software and some is very simple to use and can be demonstrated easily with a video. We also have some specialised technical software that requires much more detailed demonstration. This is why we often use the personalised online demo, where we connect with your computer over the internet, the demo is on our PC but you can see everything on yours, you can also talk to our advisor at the same time. This means you can ask questions direct and get the answer immediately. Also, users have different requirements and questions, everyone is individual.

However, you have a good point and this may be something we do in future.

We have regular user groups where we ask for users views. If any one would like to join one please sign up here - User Group Sign Up :: Amtech :: Software for the Building Services Industry
